The Role:

n

We're seeking a hands-on Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of a shopping centre in the West of Sydney, balancing business-as-usual management with a complex stakeholder environment. You'll be empowered to drive improvements, resolve challenges and make a visible difference across the centre.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Lead the day-to-day management of this centre delivering exceptional operational, commercial and customer outcomes.
n
- Prepare and manage annual operating budgets, forecasts and capital expenditure plans, ensuring strong financial performance and cost control.
n
- Drive retailer engagement and performance through proactive communication, issue resolution and a customer-focused approach.
n
- Monitor centre performance, including sales trends, customer feedback, occupancy and key operational metrics,



identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
n
- Partner with Asset Management, Leasing and Marketing teams to support activations, events, leasing initiatives and asset enhancement opportunities.
n
- Oversee facilities management, maintenance programs, essential services and contractor performance to ensure a secure, well-presented and operationally efficient environment.
n
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, safety, risk management and governance requirements, maintaining accurate records and operational documentation.
n
- Lead the delivery of capital works, upgrades and asset initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption to retailers, customers and trade.
n
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the customer experience, strengthen retailer performance and contribute to the long-term success of the assets.
