What You Will Be Doing

Working closely with our Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of the store.

You will have the opportunity to:

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience in Assistant Store Management, Department Management or senior retail leadership

- Experience in big-box, specialty or high-volume retail
n
- A proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs

- Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
n
- A hands-on approach and the confidence to take ownership
