You will be:

- Delivering corrective, results-driven skin treatments

- Assisting with advanced technologies including Ultraformer MPT, Tixel, Hydrafacial, Laser, IPL and TeslaFormer
n
- Educating clients using medical-grade skincare aligned with Medik8 protocols
n
- Driving re-bookings and building genuine client loyalty
n
- Curating a front-of-house experience that feels calm, refined, and premium

Who You Are

n

You are polished, passionate, and aware of Industry Standards and guidelines.

You:

- Hold a Diploma in Beauty Therapy (minimum)
n
- Have experience in advanced skin treatments
n
- Understand treatment conversion and retail strategy
n
- Can confidently educate clients on skincare
n
- Love structure, protocols, and clinical precision
n
- Are warm, articulate, and emotionally intelligent
n
- Take pride in presentation and professionalism
n
- Thrive in a high-standard, growth-focused workplace

The Dual Role

In the Treatment Room

n

You will deliver advanced facials, support device-based treatments, and create bespoke treatment plans that drive measurable skin outcomes.

At Reception

n

You will manage diaries strategically, optimise bookings, follow up consultations, and ensure every client experience feels seamless and elevated.

n
