Job Description

Fernlea House is seeking an Intake Officer (Aged Care) to connect Fernlea with the wider aged care ecosystem and convert referrals into active clients.

You will build relationships with assessors, package managers and health providers, ensuring Fernlea remains top-of-mind across the region while supporting onboarding and service setup. MAC Portal experience is mandatory; DEX is desirable, and CHSP/Support at Home funding knowledge is essential.
