About the role
n
The Integrity and Investigations Coordinator plays a key role in strengthening Council's integrity, transparency and accountability by managing sensitive complaints, disclosures, investigations and probity matters. This role provides specialist advice, training and assurance to support ethical decision-making, effective governance and public trust across the organisation.
n
This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
- Degree qualification in law, governance, public administration, risk investigations or related field OR equivalent demonstrated significant experience in a similar position combined with ongoing career development
n
- Class C Drivers Licence
n
- Experience in investigations, integrity, governance, compliance,
risk or complaints management, ideally within a medium-to-large complex organisation. It also requires strong capability in interpreting legislation and frameworks, advising senior leaders, managing sensitive matters, building stakeholder relationships, and developing training or guidance materials.

The commencing salary for this position is up to $115,363.03 Central Coast Council also provides progression opportunities for employees to progress up to the maximum salary of $133,665.42 on completion of assessment of skills and performance plus 12% superannuation
n
n
- We have a permanent full time role available
n
- This role will be able to access a 9 day fortnight
n
- We are able to offer hybrid and flexible working conditions for this role - 2 days from home and 3 days onsite
n
- This role is located at the Wyong Administration Building
