About Our Client
Our client is a recognised contractor delivering civil construction and infrastructure projects across the resources sector. With a solid commitment to safety and quality, they are seeking an experienced Leading Hand to support project delivery at Moranbah North.
What You Will Be Doing
- Supervising and supporting civil construction crews
- Coordinating daily activities to meet project requirements
- Assisting with earthworks, trenching and infrastructure works
- Ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
- Monitoring compliance with site safety procedures
- Liaising with supervisors and site personnel
- Supporting project schedules and productivity targets
What You Will Need
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a Leading Hand or similar civil construction role
- Demonstrated civil construction experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Current Driver's Licence
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Highly Regarded
- Pipelaying experience
- Willingness to undertake pipelaying duties
- Experience working on mining or resources projects
