You will manage estate administration matters, advise on succession planning, liaise with accountants and financial advisers, and consider tax, superannuation and asset protection issues as part of tailored client advice.
Key responsibilities
Provide end-to-end legal services to clients across estate planning and estate administration matters.
Draft wills, enduring powers of attorney, testamentary trusts and related documents.
Meet with clients to understand their personal, business and investment structures.
Analyse client information and recommend tailored strategies to protect and transfer wealth.
Liaise with accountants, financial advisers and other skilled advisers.
Prepare clear, accurate and practical written advice.
About you
5+ years post-admission experience in wills and estates law.
