Job Description

SilverChef Ltd. is seeking a Senior Collections Officer to join our Credit Risk & Recovery Operations team.

You will manage a complex arrears and recovery portfolio, working with customers, legal representatives and external partners to maximise recoveries and minimise financial loss. You will analyse portfolio risks, develop recovery strategies and drive positive outcomes while maintaining fair and respectful engagement with customers.

Location Cnr Memorial Drive & Endeavour Boulevard, North Lakes, QLD, 4509, Australia. Employee Type Permanent (PERM).
