We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Diploma Educator to join our team at Mini Masterminds Box Hill (84-place centre).

About the Role

n

As a Diploma Educator, you will work collaboratively with your team to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child's learning, development, and wellbeing.

n

You will build meaningful relationships with children and families while contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs
n
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
n
- Observe and document children's learning and development
n
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
n
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality education and care
n
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation
n




- Act as the Responsible Person for the service
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre
n
- Step into a leadership role and run the room in the absence of the Lead Educator
n
- Support children's wellbeing, learning, and development through meaningful interactions
n
- Manage both opening and closing shifts
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
n
- Available to work Monday–Thursday, with the flexibility to work 10 hour shifts
n
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
n
- Current Child Protection training/certificate
n
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
n
- Preferably 1+ years' experience working in an early childhood education and care setting
n
- Act as the Responsible Person, ensuring the centre operates safely and in accordance with regulatory requirements
n
- Take responsibility for opening and closing shifts, supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre
n
- Step into a leadership capacity when the Room Leader is absent, providing guidance and support to the team and ensuring the room continues to operate effectively
