Job Responsibilities:

n

- Review and verify supplier invoices against POs and delivery notes (3-way matching)
n
- Record and post journal entries for suppliers
n
- Review ETA portal on a daily basis
n
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards
n
- Review supplier and contractor invoices to ensure accurate tax treatment (VAT, WHT)
n
- Prepare monthly accruals and prepaid entries
n

Job Qualifications:

n

n
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
n




- Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
n
- Robust organizational skills and self-motivated
n
- High attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Good communication and prioritization skills
n
- Preferably experienced with Oracle NetSuite
n
