Job Description

Canva is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Evaluation Platform team within the AI Platform Group. You will guide a senior team, set strategy for test-like evals, Arena comparisons, monitoring, and labelling tooling, and partner with CORE researchers and adjacent platform teams to advance Canva's AI capabilities.

You will balance technical depth with people leadership, own delivery across initiatives, and coach engineers toward growth, all while navigating diverse stakeholder priorities
