Duties
n

- Coach managers and teams to apply therapeutic frameworks
n
- Guide practice using evidence, data, and reflective tools
n
- Support compliance with legislation and quality standards
n
- Build capability through coaching, training, and feedback
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
n

Skills & Experience
n
n
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
n
- Proven expertise in Out of Home Care or child protection
n
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed and therapeutic models
n
- Ability to coach, train, and influence diverse teams
n
- Commitment to cultural safety and inclusivity
