About the role

n

As our Senior Product Owner (Journey Owner), you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering meaningful member experiences across CareSuper. Reporting to the GM Member Experience, you'll own an end-to-end member journey, translating strategic priorities, member insights and business goals into clear roadmaps, prioritised backlogs and measurable delivery outcomes.

You will:

- Own the end-to-end member journey, including performance, backlog prioritisation, roadmap development and continuous improvement.
n
- Translate member insights, strategic priorities and business goals into a clear, actionable backlog of high-value work.
n
- Prioritise initiatives and features based on member value, business impact, delivery feasibility, risk and operational considerations.
n
- Work closely with Experience, CX, Digital, Product, Brand, Marketing and business teams to align design, delivery and outcomes.
n
- Define squad outcomes and OKRs, giving delivery teams clear direction on priorities, sequencing, trade-offs and success measures.
n
- Engage stakeholders, manage dependencies and drive continuous improvement in how the squad plans, delivers, learns and creates value for members.

What we're looking for

n

We're looking for a commercially minded and member-focused product leader who can balance strategy, delivery, stakeholder priorities and ambiguity.

n

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

n

n
- Experience in product ownership, journey ownership, service design,



digital delivery or a similar outcome-focused role.
n
- Strong understanding of human-centred design, service design principles, agile delivery and backlog prioritisation.
n
- Confidence using data, insights and commercial judgement to make decisions and measure the value of initiatives over time.
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to align teams, clarify priorities and manage expectations.
n
- The ability to make informed trade-offs across scope, time, quality, risk and value in a changing delivery environment.
n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, product, technology or a related discipline, or equivalent experience; financial services or regulated industry experience would be highly regarded.
