Job Description
Community Exercise Physiologist | New Graduates 2027
n
We're looking for a passionate New Graduate Exercise Physiologist to join our Sunshine Coast community team and make a genuine difference from day one.
n As part of our community-based allied health team, you'll work across a diverse range of settings including NDIS, rehabilitation, mobility support, falls prevention, pain management, and support for older adults.
n
Our structured New Graduate Program is designed to support your transition from student to clinician through mentoring, professional development, and genuine career opportunities.

What You'll Get

About You
n We're looking for someone who is passionate about Exercise Physiology, enjoys working with people, and is excited to build their career in community-based care.
n
You will have:
n
n
- A Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology, completed in 2026
n
- Eligibility for accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA)
n
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine, people-focused approach
n
n
You must also have (or be eligible to obtain):
n
n
- A current Australian driver's licence
n
- Professional indemnity insurance
n
- A valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
n
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
n
