Enterprize Tasmania seeks a hands-on operations lead to run two hubs in Hobart and Launceston. You will own member experience, office operations, and the hub's financial health, reporting directly to the CEO.
This is a single-person role with flexibility to shape staffing, processes and future growth across sites. You will manage onboarding, invoicing, space planning, and community surveys, while building effective workflows and a culture of service.
