Key responsibilities

- Provide warm, attentive and knowledgeable customer service
n
- Assist customers with product selection, styling and larger purchases
n
- Develop a solid understanding of our brands, designers and products
n
- Process sales and customer orders through Shopify POS
n
- Maintain the visual merchandising and presentation of the store
n
- Receive, unpack and replenish stock
n
- Assist with general day-to-day store operations
n
n
About you
n
n
- Confident, approachable and naturally engaging with customers
n
- Well presented with strong attention to detail
n
- Proactive and comfortable working independently
n
- Genuinely interested in interiors, furniture, design and lifestyle
n
- Previous experience in premium retail, fashion, interiors, furniture or lifestyle retail is preferred
n
- Available for weekday shifts and one weekend shift per week
n
