Due to continued growth and expansion, an exciting prospect has arisen for an experienced and highly professional Corporate Compliance Administrator to join this dynamic and supportive team. About the Role

Reporting directly to the Partners, you will play a critical role in managing the firm's corporate compliance and company secretarial obligations. You will be responsible for ensuring clients remain compliant with ASIC requirements while maintaining accurate company records and corporate registers.

This role will suit an organised and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a client-focused environment and has previous experience managing ASIC compliance, corporate records, and company administration within an accounting or professional services setting.

Core Responsibilities





- Prepare and lodge ASIC forms and documentation, including company incorporations, officeholder changes, address updates, and share transfers.
- Process company registrations, deregistration’s, and business name registrations.
- Maintain company registers, statutory records, and corporate documentation.
- Manage ASIC annual review obligations and compliance deadlines.
- Prepare annual review documentation and corporate compliance reports.
- Coordinate company resolutions and execution of corporate documents, including electronic signatures.
- Liaise with clients regarding compliance requirements, company changes, and ASIC obligations.
- Work closely with Partners and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate compliance outcomes.
- Assist with general office administration duties, including reception and phone enquiries when required.

Skills & Attributes To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- 1 to 3+ years' experience in a Corporate Secretarial, Corporate Compliance or Corporate Services Administration role.
- Previous experience within a public accounting, legal, or professional services environment.
- Strong working knowledge of ASIC requirements and corporate compliance processes.




- Experience using CAS360, Nowinfinity or similar corporate compliance software.
- Experience using Xero and advanced proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational, planning, and time-management abilities.
- A professional and client-focused approach with the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet critical compliance deadlines.

- $85,000 – $90,000 + Superannuation negotiable based on experience
- Monday to Friday working hours, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
