Role Description This part-time hybrid role is based in Melbourne, VIC, with a combination of on-site work at Medical Press - Chile and some work from home.

The Customer

Success / Account Management / Client Services professional will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are understood, addressed, and proactively supported. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating with internal teams, and providing guidance on product use to maximize value and satisfaction. The role involves monitoring account health, analyzing customer feedback and usage data, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities for service improvements or upselling.

This position also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, supporting onboarding and training activities, and contributing to continuous enhancement of customer experience processes.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-centric skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service capabilities.
- Demonstrated Customer Support experience,



with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, and propose improvements.
- Experience in client-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or client services.
- Proficiency with CRM or customer management tools and basic office software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize in a part time hybrid environment.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and work independently when remote.
- Relevant tertiary education in business, communications, healthcare, or related fields is advantageous.
- Knowledge of or interest in medical publishing, healthcare information, or related industries is a plus.
