We’re hiring at GT-EX.

We’re looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our team in Banksmeadow, Sydney.

GT-EX has tripled in size over the past four years, and as we continue to grow, we’re looking for another switched-on person to join the team.

This role sits right in the middle of our customers and operations — managing enquiries, keeping an eye on shipments, solving problems and making sure our customers receive the level of service we expect at GT-EX.

We’re not necessarily looking for someone with years of logistics experience.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is proactive and takes ownership
- Communicates well and is good with people
- Can think on their feet and solve problems
- Has solid attention to detail
- Genuinely cares about doing a good job
- Wants responsibility and the opportunity to grow

It’s a hands-on role in a fast-moving business, with plenty of opportunity to take on more as we continue to scale.
