? We’re Hiring: Data Analyst (Entry / Junior)

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated Data Analyst (Entry / Junior) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, identifying trends, creating reports, and transforming raw information into meaningful insights that support business decisions.
? Key Responsibilities
• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data summaries.
• Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities within datasets.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze sales, customer, marketing, financial, and operational data.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance metrics.
• Create data visualizations, charts, graphs, and interactive dashboards.
• Use statistical and analytical techniques to support business decision-making.
• Assist senior analysts with research, forecasting, and analytical projects.
• Translate business requirements into data analysis and reporting solutions.
• Automate recurring reports and data preparation tasks where possible.
• Maintain data documentation, reporting processes, and analytical records.
• Present findings and insights clearly to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations, IT, and other departments.
• Stay updated on data analytics tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
✅ Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics,
Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with limited qualified experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of data analysis, statistics, and business intelligence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar visualization tools is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Python, R, or other analytical programming languages is a plus.
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to interpret complex information and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong willingness to learn new analytical tools and technologies.
