Role Description The Data Insights Analyst (Remote, Entry-Level) will work full time to support the court’s decision-making and operational efficiency through data-driven analysis. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and organizing judicial and operational data, performing basic data analytics to identify trends and patterns, and preparing clear visualizations and reports for legal and administrative stakeholders. The analyst will assist in market-related and customer insight analyses when relevant, helping to understand case flows, workloads, and performance indicators.
This remote role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams via digital tools, documenting methodologies, and ensuring data quality and confidentiality in line with legal and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Solid analytical skills and ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data to produce actionable insights.
- Foundational experience or training in data analytics, including use of spreadsheets,
dashboards, or basic statistical tools.
- Understanding of market research and customer insight techniques to support analyses related to specific market disputes.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into concise, accessible reports.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in data science, economics, social sciences, statistics, business, or a related field.
- High attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and respect for confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with diverse, multilingual teams.
- Familiarity with the Belgian legal or public sector context and knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an asset but not mandatory.
