We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to partner with a leading higher Education institution in Melbourne, to drive the successful execution of two significant transformation initiatives.

Working across a major digital platform enhancement and an intranet migration, you will provide leadership, coordination, and governance to ensure successful outcomes are delivered across both streams of work.

This role will suit an experienced delivery professional who can confidently navigate complex environments, engage diverse stakeholder groups, and drive momentum across multiple priorities.

You will work closely with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and technical teams to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and communications, ensuring initiatives remain on track and deliver meaningful organisational outcomes.

- Lead the delivery of multiple transformation initiatives simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain delivery plans, schedules, milestones, and reporting.
- Coordinate activities across business and technical teams.
- Establish and facilitate governance forums and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and competing priorities.
- Provide regular status updates and insights to senior stakeholders.
- Drive decision-making, remove delivery roadblocks, and maintain momentum.
- Support business readiness, implementation, and adoption activities.
- Ensure outcomes are delivered in line with agreed objectives and timelines.

You will bring:

- Demonstrated experience as a Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, or similar role.
- Proven experience delivering digital and business transformation initiatives.




- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Excellent planning, governance, scheduling, and reporting capabilities.
- Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and competing priorities.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across both business and technical teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working within higher education or similarly complex environments.
