Job Description

Nurse Next Door is seeking a Disability Support Worker to deliver skilled, in-home care within our Palliative Care Team. You will follow documented care plans, coordinate with clients, families and carers, and support happier ageing in the community.

Requirements include AHPRA registration or Cert III in Aged Care/Disability, minimum 2 years of disability support experience, police check and Blue Card, the ability to travel to client visits, and a valid driver's licence.
