Job Description

Banksia Care is seeking a casual Disability & Aged Care Support Worker to assist participants at home and in the community across Sydney. You will deliver person-centred support under NDIS and aged care plans, focusing on dignity, safety and independence.

In this role you will perform personal care, meal prep, transportation, and daily living tasks, while documenting notes and coordinating with families and other professionals.
