About the Role
n
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Service Technician to join our Service Team based in Arndell Park. This role offers a diverse mix of workshop and field-based work, providing the opportunity to work on a variety of pumping systems across multiple industries.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Install, commission and service pump systems and related equipment
n
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs in line with manufacturer specifications
n
- Carry out routine maintenance and preventative servicing
n
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures
n
- Provide qualified support and technical advice to customers
n
- Maintain accurate service reports and job documentation
n
- Assist with workshop repairs, testing and equipment preparation
n
- Support parts management and inventory activities
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the service team
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
- A trade qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Plant Mechanics or similar
n
- Previous experience in pump servicing or a comparable mechanical/electrical field service role
n
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities
n
- Experience working with a variety of pump systems
n
- A current driver's licence
n
- The ability to travel to customer sites as required
n
- Strong communication and time management skills
n
- A commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
n
- Sound computer skills and the ability to complete detailed service reports
n
