What You'll Do

- Lead the planning, implementation and reflection of engaging, play-based programs
n
- Build robust, trusting connections with children, families, and your educator team
n
- Create inspiring learning environments that foster curiosity, confidence and belonging
n
- Support and mentor other educators, helping them grow in their practice
n
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to uphold our high standards of quality and care
n

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
n
- Experience leading a room or mentoring educators
n
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience leading a room or mentoring educators
n
- A warm, collaborative approach and strong communication skills
n
- A deep passion for play-based learning and meaningful connections
n
- Current Blue Card and First Aid/CPR certification
n
- Australian work authorisation is required for this position
n
