We create personalised duffle bags, backpacks, cosmetic cases and more - all made-to-order with love.

Our main goal is to help busy mums find a thoughtful gift without spending hours scrolling (because let's be honest we don't have the time but we still want to be thoughtful)!

About The Role

n





You'll be helping with everything from preparing customer orders to assisting with embroidery production. Each day is different - and that's part of the fun.

n

We're a small (but mighty!) team, and we work in a fast-paced environment where things can change quickly.

n

Our three little girls (4, 2 and 6 months) are part of our workspace, so we're looking for someone who's warm, understanding and ready to go with the flow.

n

Key Tasks

n

n
- Helping create personalised orders using embroidery machines (don't worry - we'll teach you everything you need to know)
n
- Picking products for next-day production
n
- Carefully packing and preparing customer orders
n
- Restocking shelves and maintaining a tidy workspace
n
- Occasional lifting of boxes up to 20kg for stocktake or restocks
n
- Assisting wherever needed to keep production moving smoothly
n
- General tidy up
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- A calm, can‐do attitude with a willingness to help however needed
n
- Someone reliable, efficient and ready to roll up their sleeves
n
- Great time management and a strong work ethic
n
- Comfortable with basic computer tasks
n
- Experience in embroidery, packing, or retail is a bonus (but not essential)
n
- Most importantly – someone who's flexible, understanding and supportive in a family‐style work setting
n

Hours + Availability

n

n
- Christmas Casual position: 2-5 days a week (immediate start through to Christmas with potential ongoing work in the new year for the right candidate)
n
- Must be available 5 days per week in November and December
n
- Hours: 8:00am-4:00pm (Flexible)
n
