We're looking for a hands-on Forklift Operator/Yard Hand to join our team at Minto, with genuine opportunity to gain additional tickets and upskill over time.

This is a day shift role with consistent hours and real variety in the work.

What you'll be doing

n

- Operating the forklift
n
- Loading and unloading trucks,



skip bins and trailers
n
- Sorting and grading ferrous and non-ferrous metal
n
- Providing a high standard of service to customers in the yard
n
- Helping keep the yard protected and running efficiently
n

What you'll need

n

n
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
n
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
n
- A professional, customer-focused approach when dealing with people on-site
n
- Willingness to learn and take on new tickets over time
n
- Experience in scrap metal, recycling or a similar industry is a bonus but we'll provide training for the right person
n
