About the Role
n
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands‐on warehouse operations position and contributing to the day‐to‐day running of the warehouse. This is a full time role based at our Willawong QLD site, which offers variety, responsibility and close collaboration with both the warehouse and transport teams. Key responsibilities include pick/packing orders, inbound and outbound order processing and providing operational support within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day‐to‐day warehouse operations and assist during peak periods.
n
- Pick/Packing orders – Hand and Forklift.
n
- Process customer orders and undertake freight labelling for both inbound and outbound orders.
n
- Prepare outbound orders in line with company process, including packaging, labelling and pallet wrapping / strapping.
n
- Undertake order checks (including batch, serial and expiry date checks for individual orders).
n
- Utilise RF scanning devices to pick orders.
n
- Participate in stocktakes as required.
n
- Hand unload containers as required.
n
- Provide administrative support to warehouse office if/when required.
n
- Liaise with transport team as required.
n

You will bring
n
n
- Experience in transport and logistics industry, 3PL warehouse.
n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight dispatch deadlines.
n
- Experience in picking and packing orders (required).
n
- LF Forklift Licence (required).
n
