We are looking for a motivated, energetic and results-driven Sales & Fitness Representative to join our team and help us grow Major Fitness's presence in the Brisbane market.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sales, fitness and sport , who enjoys meeting people, developing new business and building long-term customer relationships.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

- At least 2 years of relevant sales experience , preferably in fitness, health, wellness, retail or a related industry.

- Experience in sales, business development, inside sales or account management.

- A genuine interest in fitness, gyms and sport .

- Positive knowledge of gym equipment and how common fitness equipment is used.

- Strong telephone, communication and face-to-face sales skills.

- Confidence approaching businesses and developing new sales opportunities.

- Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs .

- Experience with CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline.

- Strong customer service, negotiation and follow-up skills.

- A positive, proactive and resilient attitude.

- A current Australian driver's licence is preferred.

What You'll Be Doing

- Making outbound calls and developing new sales opportunities.

- Building relationships with new and existing customers.

- Developing wholesale B2B and B2C customers across Brisbane.

- Visiting gyms, fitness studios, personal training facilities, retailers and other related businesses.

- Supporting both wholesale and retail sales.

- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable fitness equipment.

- Presenting and demonstrating Major Fitness products.

- Preparing quotations, following up leads and closing sales.

- Managing leads and customer information through our CRM.

- Helping identify new industries, businesses and sales channels.





- Supporting local market development and brand growth.

- Participating in shopping centre promotions, fitness events and other local promotional activities .

- Representing Major Fitness professionally in the Brisbane market.
