Mercor is building its compensation and equity foundation from the ground up. We are seeking Total Rewards practitioners who have depth in compensation design and equity program management to help shape our pay and equity philosophy for a growing global workforce.

You will design salary bands, run annual merit and promotion cycles, and craft equity grant structures. You will benchmark against peers, defend your recommendations to executives, and help scale our rewards programs as Mercor expands
