The Role

Group Four are currently looking for a full time VBA registered Building Inspector to service the East and Central/Metro Melbourne region.

Reporting directly to the Inspections Team Leader, you will be responsible for carrying out mandatory onsite inspections in line with approved documentation, delivering a level of service and professionalism that reflects Group Four Building Surveyors’ standards.

Your role will entail (but is not limited to):

- Conducting mandatory inspections to a high standard & maintaining consistency and care following all procedures and standards upheld by Group Four
- Being punctual and maintaining thorough and timely communication with customers and the team
- Processing inspection results for each job and ensuring all results are completed by end of same day
- Responding positively and punctually within specified timelines to customer and team requests
- Carrying out both mandatory and quality assurance inspections
- Assisting and participating in team training for building inspectors

About You

- Registered with the VBA (Victorian Building Authority) as a Limited Inspector
- High energy / high performing team member
- A team player
- Strong technical skills
- Deliver exceptional service by demonstrating ‘easy to do business with’ behaviours
- Able to service the East/Central and Metro Melbourne area
- Have a white/red card
