Wellways invites applications for a full time Peer Team Leader to lead our peer and psychosocial workforce across hubs in the Murrumbidgee region. You will work directly with participants, drawing on lived experience to build authentic relationships and support recovery.

This leadership role coordinates day-to-day operations, supports workforce planning, and ensures collaboration with clinical leaders to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive, inclusive environment.
