This high-volume outlet operates as a café and licensed bar, serving everything from hot drinks, cakes, and sandwiches to hot finger food and alcoholic beverages. It's an environment that's always buzzing, and we need a supervisor who can keep things running smoothly no matter how busy it gets.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Lead and support a small, tight-knit team during peak service periods
n
- Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth and efficient service
n
- Provide hands‐on training, coaching, and support to current team members
n
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage presentation and service
n
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and health & safety requirements
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
n
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and daily cash handling procedures
n

- Strong leadership and problem solving skills,



with ability to motivate and inspire others

- Experience in a similar position or extensive F&B; experience
n
- Passionate hospitality professional
n
- Is hands‐on, loves customer service and has a keen eye for detail
n
- Available to work weekdays & weekends on a rotating roster as per business needs
n
- Knowledgeable working with POS systems
n
- Well presented with strong attention to detail
n
- Experienced with maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions, stock ordering, stocktaking
n
- RSA Competency Card
