Are you an experienced Electrical Supervisor ready to power the future of Australia's renewable and industrial energy infrastructure?

RJE Global is expanding its workforce for the construction of large-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), wind farms, and critical resource and power infrastructure projects nationwide. We're seeking motivated, safety-focused professionals to join our growing team and make a meaningful impact across multiple landmark projects.

n

Roster Options: 17 on / 11 off, 20 on / 8 off - days

n

Renumeration; Permanent $60 - $67 per hour – additional site and working away from home allowances

n

Employment Type; Permanent - moving project to project as operations require

n

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

n

Ensure all employees are adequately supervised and supported in their roles

n

Maintain daily site diaries to record crew activities, progress, and any issues encountered

n

Manage and resolve day-to-day operational challenges, making informed decisions as required

n

Lead and facilitate Toolbox and Pre-Start Meetings

n

Confirm that all prerequisite instructions, specifications, drawings,



and associated documentation are available prior to commencing work

n

Verify contract requirements for assigned installation works using the appropriate documentation, including ITPs and ITRs

n

Review and approve employee and contractor timesheets related to project activities

n

Organise materials and equipment to support effective, scheduled installations

n

Ensure the correct tools and equipment are available to enable productive installation practices

n

Work collaboratively with other site supervisors to establish and prioritize daily work activities

n

Identify and implement work methods that enhance efficiency and productivity

n

Monitor, organise, and address any issues related to employee and contractor travel, accommodation, and meal arrangements

n

What You'll Need:

n

Current A-Class Electrical Licence

n

Valid Driver's Licence

n

LV Rescue & Resuscitation Certificate (completed within the past 12 months)

n

Construction White Card

n

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and random drug & alcohol testing

n

Supervisory experience

n

Highly Regarded Skills & Qualifications:

n

Experience with industrial installations, cable systems (MV, LV, DC, Control, Fire, Comms)

n

Dual Trade, Instrumentation, MV Cable Jointing, or HVAC qualifications

n

n
- WP, Crane
n
- DG, Basic Rigging RB, Forklift
n
- LF, Basic Scaffolding
n

n

Safe Working at Heights certification

n





Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings

n

Quality assurance and compliance testing experience

n
