Job Description

Estia Health in Australia is seeking an Administration/Roster Coordinator to help run our aged care home smoothly, working closely with the Residential Aged Care Manager and care staff to keep rosters accurate.

You will assist with recruitment and onboarding, deliver prompt customer service, manage the enquiries pipeline, assist with billing, payroll, and stocktake, and mentor junior staff while maintaining records.
