My Dental Team is a well-established practice in which we have been delivering quality care and creating beautiful smiles for the last 10 years. We aim to provide a relaxing and comfortable environment for our patients and their families and are committed to providing exceptional patient care with a positive work culture. We are seeking a highly motivated Orthodontic Dental Assistant and Receptionist to join our team on a full time basis.

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

A high level of initiative and motivation

Be well presented, reliable and have a strong work ethic

Have good time management skills

A high level of communication and interpersonal skills

A team – orientated individual and positive attitude

Flexible availability and able to work between the hours of 7.30am to 7.30pm Mon – Fri

Available to work Saturday from 8am-2pm

Great phone manner

Ability to build rapport with patients and their family

Tasks & Responsibilities

Greet and prepare patients for orthodontic procedures

Take and record patient medical histories





Provide post-procedure care instructions and answer patient questions

Assist in stock control

Communicate effectively with patients, orthodontists and other healthcare professionals

Provide clear instructions and explanations to patients about procedures and oral care
