Working within a very busy gaming room, you'll be an important part of the guest experience and will be expected to deliver attentive, productive and personalised service throughout every shift.
Key responsibilities
- Delivering warm, proactive and attentive service to gaming guests
- Building strong relationships with regular and recent patrons
- Maintaining an exceptional standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the gaming room
- Processing and delivering customer orders efficiently in a high volume workplace
- Assisting guests with enquiries and providing accurate information about the venue and its facilities
- Remaining highly visible and engaged with guests throughout your shift
- Working closely with the wider gaming and venue team to provide a seamless customer experience
- Ensuring all gaming regulations, RCG requirements and responsible gambling practices are followed at all times
About you
- A current NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card
- Full working rights in Australia
- The ability to communicate confidently and professionally in English
- Professional conversational fluency in English and at least one of the following languages:
Mandarin, Cantonese or Korean
- Previous experience in hospitality, gaming or another customer-focused environment
- The confidence and energy to work effectively in a busy, high volume gaming environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of guests
- A proactive approach to customer service, we want people who engage with guests rather than wait to be approached
- Excellent grooming and professional presentation
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team
- Flexibility to work across a rotating 7 day roster, including mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends and public holidays
