Our reception hours are 7am–6.15pm Monday to Thursday, 7am– 3pm Friday, and 7am–11am Saturday. If you're versatile and ready to work a variety of shifts within these hours, we want to hear from you!

Key responsibilities

Processing payments via HICAPS, cash and EFTPOS payment methods

Appointment and schedule management via Nookal

Managing multiple phone lines and email inboxes

Provide administrative support to practitioners

Provide a high level of communication, support and customer service to all clients

Claiming of EPC, DVA, Workcover & Insurance sessions, using PRODA and other medical systems

Ordering of stock and stationary





Provide support in the management of the NDIS program where required

Provide support to the Administration, HR and Accounts Manager where required

Perform other ad hoc duties as required

About you

Microsoft Suite skills, specifically Word & Excel

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Cash handling and reconciliation
