Transport Projects Coordinator - Erskine Park NSW

TSS Sensitive Freight is looking for an organised and proactive Transport Projects Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of transport projects.

Working closely with Project Managers, operations teams, customers and suppliers, you will coordinate schedules, resources, freight movements, safety documents, project costings and stakeholder communication.

TSS Sensitive Freight is looking for an organised and proactive Transport Projects Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of transport projects.

Working closely with Project Managers, operations teams, customers and suppliers, you will coordinate schedules, resources, freight movements, safety documents, project costings and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate projects from planning through to completion.

- Schedule Project Managers and manage project coverage.

- Maintain project records, schedules and compliance documents.

- Prepare and update SWMS, safety records and project forms.

- Coordinate site inductions,



training records and freight movements.

- Complete project costing sheets and reports.

- Keep stakeholders updated about changes or delays.

- Escalate project risks, safety concerns and resourcing issues.

- Help identify ways to improve project processes and efficiency.

About you

You will have:

- Experience in project coordination, transport, logistics or administration.

- Robust planning, communication and organisational skills.

- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Good attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office.

- Experience with project records, costings or compliance documents.

- A current unrestricted driver licence.

Experience with WHS documentation, SWMS, site inductions or safety reporting would be an advantage. A qualification in project management, business, logistics or WHS is desirable but not essential.

Occasional travel, site visits and work outside ordinary hours may be required.
