Working as part of our sales team, you will play an important role in helping clients achieve their property goals while developing strong relationships with vendors and buyers throughout the sales process.
Key responsibilities
Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
Conducting property appraisals and inspections
Assisting with open homes and private inspections
Following up prospective buyers and leads
Managing sales campaigns from listing through to settlement
Negotiating with buyers and vendors
Representing Warburton Estate Agents with professionalism and enthusiasm

Friendly, professional and confident when dealing with people
Highly motivated and driven to achieve results
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

Previous real estate or sales experience is highly regarded, but it is not essential for the right person
