POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Dental Assistant / Receptionist. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to start or advance their career in the dental industry. No prior experience necessary - we will provide comprehensive training to the right candidates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient records
- Assist dentists during clinical procedures (chair-side assistance)
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
- Prepare and organize treatment areas
- Handle administrative tasks including billing and insurance inquiries
- Maintain a clean and welcoming clinic environment
- Provide excellent customer service and support to patients
- Answer phones and manage patient communications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school certificate or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt





DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Dental Assistant or Receptionist certification or training
- Previous customer service or administrative experience
- Familiarity with dental practice management software
- Proficiency in Korean (highly regarded) - Korean-speaking candidates are especially encouraged to apply, as bilingual English/Korean skills help us better serve our diverse patient community
