Beyond Disability Support (BDS) is a Christian, faith-based NDIS-registered provider committed to empowering people with disability to live independently, participate in their community, and achieve their goals.

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and values-driven Disability Support Workers to join our growing team on the CENTRAL COAST, NSW

About the Role

You will provide person-centred support to NDIS participants in their homes and in the community across the Central Coast, NSW. Please note, this role is based on the Central Coast and is not a Supported Independent Living (SIL) position. The role involves community and in-home supports, helping participants build independence, confidence, and quality of life.

Duties may include:

- Personal care and daily living support
- Community access and social participation
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Meal preparation and household tasks
- Life skills development
- Medication assistance (where trained)
- Supporting participants with complex needs and behaviours

What We're Looking For

✅ Cert III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Community Services, Mental Health or similar

✅ Minimum 6 months experience in disability, aged care, SIL, or community care

✅ Current Driver's Licence and reliable insured vehicle

✅ NDIS Worker Screening Check

✅ Working With Children Check

✅ First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

✅ Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting people
