We’re hiring: Ecommerce Operations All-Rounder

Offset Robotics designs and manufactures parts and kits for competitive robotics — supporting FTC teams, makers and hobbyists worldwide.

Offset is part of Robotine, an Australian robotics and automation company. This gives our team access to a well-equipped workshop, experienced engineers and plenty of real hardware.

We’re looking for someone to take ownership of the daily operation behind the products we ship.

This is not a management role, and it is not a casual position. It is a hands-on role for someone who likes getting things done properly and can manage their own workload without needing constant supervision.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

- Processing orders through our ERP
- Picking, assembling, checking, packing and dispatching robotics parts and kits
- Receiving deliveries and keeping inventory accurate
- Handling routine customer enquiries
- Following up with suppliers, freight providers and distributors
- Keeping the workspace organised, safe and ready for the next order
- Following and improving operational procedures as the business grows

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You are practical, organised and highly reliable.



You notice when something is wrong and take responsibility for fixing it or escalating it.

Experience in warehousing, fulfilment, e-commerce, parts, hardware or small-business operations would be useful.

Confidence with digital systems is important, and an interest in robotics, makerspaces or 3D printing is a bonus.

- Permanent part-time employment — approximately 30 hours per week

LOCATION

Yeerongpilly, Brisbane, QLD

On-site position, preferably worked across Monday to Friday.
