Job Description

Monash Health in Victoria is seeking a Multisite Dialysis Operations Leader (Nephrology) to oversee acute and satellite dialysis units across the network, driving secure, coordinated care in a hub-and-spoke model with multidisciplinary teams.

You will manage 13 direct reports, oversee rosters of 46–70 hours fortnightly, and contribute to fixed-term and ongoing opportunities in the Gippsland area (Morwell) with a pro rata base salary described below.
