Office Administrator / C-Suite's Personal Assistant

n

General day-to-day office administration and reception duties

n

Managing office supplies, coordinating vendors, and maintaining office facilities

n

Filing, document management, and record-keeping (including confidential company and legal documents)

n

Coordinating meeting arrangements, boardroom bookings, and catering as required

n

Liaising with external service providers (IT, cleaning, couriers, etc.)

n

Coordinating with Real Estate Agents

n

C-Suits PA Support

n

Diary and calendar management, with the ability to schedule and reschedule meetings/appointments at short notice

n

Coordinating travel bookings and itineraries (domestic and international)

n

Running errands and attending to personal tasks as required by the Director

n

Driving the C-Suite to meetings, appointments, or the airport as needed — must hold a current, valid driver's licence

n

Managing correspondence on the C-Suite's behalf, and drafting emails and basic documents

n

Handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality at all times

n

Remaining reasonably contactable and responsive outside standard business hours when required
