Job Description

Obsidian is building high-fidelity simulated work environments to evaluate AI agents in real marketing tasks. We seek a hands-on Paid Growth specialist to design briefs, specify required documents and artifacts, and judge AI attempts against clear standards.

You will work on campaigns spanning diagnosis, budget allocation, funnel optimization, and performance analysis using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4. Robust writing and analytical judgment are essential.
