n Our client is a small to medium-sized financial services organisation going through an exciting period of change, transformation and growth.
n With a small, close-knit HR team, they are looking for an up-and-coming HR & TA Business Partner to join the team and play a key role across both Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
n
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to broaden their HR experience and step further into a Business Partnering environment, working closely with an experienced and supportive HR leader.
n
The organisation is currently based in Auburn, with plans to relocate to the Sydney CBD in November.
n
THE ROLE
n Reporting to the Head of People Partnering, this is a newly created, hands-on role providing broad HR and Talent support across the organisation.
n
You will have the opportunity to work across:
n
n
- Supporting end-to-end Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes.
n
- Managing and maintaining the current HRIS as well as assisting with the implementation
n
- Providing day-to-day HR administration and coordination.
n
- Supporting employees and managers with general HR queries.
n
- Assisting with straightforward Employee Relations matters and performance management processes.
n
- Supporting HR compliance, reporting and documentation.
n
- Working across WHS and WGEA reporting where required.
n
- Taking ownership of HR processes and helping improve the way things are done.
n
- Partnering closely with the broader HR team through a period of organisational change.

THE CANDIDATE
n We are looking for an up-and-coming HR professional who is keen to continue developing their career across both HR and Talent Acquisition. You'll ideally have experience in a HR Coordinator, HR Advisor, Talent Partner or similar role, with some exposure to an ATS/HRIS (Rippling experience would be highly regarded). You'll be hands-on, organised and comfortable working across a broad range of HR activities, with a genuine interest in developing your Business Partnering and Employee Relations capability. Most importantly, you'll be adaptable, curious and comfortable working in a changing environment, with the confidence to get involved, ask questions and help improve processes along the way. WHS and/or WGEA experience would be advantageous, although not essential, and candidates from a range of industries will be considered.
