Belgravia Leisure is seeking an up-and-coming people leader to coach, inspire and lead the team at the Yawa Aquatic Centre, Rosebud. Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will ensure smooth operations, drive a customer-centric approach, and manage membership growth while upholding safety and quality standards.
The role involves collaboration across teams, overseeing OH&S;, and implementing channel strategies to grow the member base. Weekend work and peak-season hours may apply.
