Tasks & responsibilities include:

Arranging open home and private inspections
n
Responding to inquiries
n
Ingoing condition reports
n
Routine Inspections
n
Support to the Property Manager
n
To be successful, you will:
n
Ideally have experience in Real Estate in a leasing role
n
Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
n
Must have a current Driver's licenseand registered vehicle
n
Have excellent communication skills, be approachable and energetic
